The project sits on approximately 600 rai (237 acres) of forests and lakes, with less than 15% of the land built upon.
Available villas offer 2, 3, or 4 bedrooms with sizes ranging from 325 to 780 sq m. All residences are delivered fully furnished and can be enrolled in a branded rental management programme. Prices start from THB 60,886,100. Completion is scheduled for Q4 2027; the project is currently under construction.
