Sathorn Gardens stands in Bangkok's Silom district, a neighbourhood also known as Silom - Sathorn. It sits in the central business area of the city. Lumpini Park is close by, and Chulalongkorn University is also in the surroundings. The area mixes office buildings with everyday city infrastructure, so it suits people who work nearby as well as those who want a quieter home near green space.
Getting to the building is simple, because MRT Lumpini station is close. For residents this is a convenient route into the business districts of Bangkok. The central location means many daily trips can be made by public transport instead of by car. Some apartments also come with fixed parking spaces, which is described further below.
The project was completed in 2008 and consists of two buildings. The high-rise has 41 floors. It is a vertical condominium where apartments sit at different heights, and the view depends on the floor and the direction the unit faces. After more than a decade in use, the project is an established name among condominiums in the Silom - Sathorn area.
Residents can use a shared swimming pool, a gym, a sauna and landscaped gardens inside the project. These facilities let you exercise and relax without leaving the building grounds. Owners of the larger apartments also have fixed parking spaces, and some layouts include storage rooms and plenty of cabinets for belongings.
Two apartments are for sale now. The first has one bedroom, is on the 22nd floor with a city view, and is fully furnished, from THB 14,500,000. The second has three bedrooms and 200 sq m, with city, park and greenery views, also fully furnished, up to THB 30,000,000. Sizes run from 109 to 200 sq m, on floors 22 to 32. Both are sold with furniture and appliances, and the kitchens are equipped.
Both apartments are freehold, and the foreign freehold quota is available, so a foreign buyer can hold title to the apartment. For the three-bedroom unit, the common area fee is THB 35 per sq m per month. Both apartments are sold furnished with appliances, so a buyer can move in without extra spending on fitting out the home.
