Alinda Villas is a development of pool villas in Thep Krasattri, Phuket, built by Prudent Builder Co., Ltd. Villas come with 3 or 4 bedrooms, with sizes ranging from 440 to 687.43 sqm. The project is currently under construction.
Construction features double-block external walls for insulation, a full concrete roof waterproofed with Radcon #7, WPC (wood-plastic composite) for external ceilings and cladding, and steel mesh reinforcement in the plaster to reduce cracking. Bedroom floors are waterproofed before the wooden flooring is installed. The terrace roof is cantilevered with no columns, keeping the view unobstructed.
Interior features include solid-core doors, real marble in the master bathrooms, recessed skirtings, and built-in storage (shoe room, garage storage, pantry, Thai kitchen, maid's room). Kitchens are fitted with Electrolux appliances, and there is a wine cellar under the island. Pools are installed by specialist pool contractors.
Built-in systems include pre-installed water filtration (carbon and BREAM), sand filtration for the project, a 5 m3 water tank per villa plus a 100 m3 project tank, a standard 5 kW Sonnex solar system with a 10 kW Solis inverter (upgradeable to 12 kW), and pre-installed Wi-Fi.
